As a child of migrant laborers in an apparel factory, she experienced the sector's challenges and opportunities firsthand. This deep-rooted connection inspired the creation of our social enterprise, dedicated to empowering migrant women in Guangzhou. Our founder believes in harnessing the potential of these women, providing them with advanced training in a data-driven apparel value chain. With a team that proudly consists of 90% women and 100% coders, our enterprise specializes in equipping them with practical coding, quantitative, and operational skills. This is achieved through an innovative automated fast re-ordering production system.
